What do you think of me & this outfit?
21 August 2012 Love for these Chanel heels!
I don't know why, or what spurred me on to love these Chanel shoes but I do! I think they are from the Fall 2012 Collection, but have tried looking into it, but couldn't find them!
Anyway, I just think they are really interesting, and different! Something I love is the crystallized heel! That's something you definitely don't see in many collections! Most time shoes have a interesting and unique shoe, with the heel simple and basic, but Mr Lagerfeld definately mixed things up a bit! That's why he is a fashion legend!
What do you think of these heels? Love them or hate them?
18 August 2012 Edgy&Daring
Okay I am in love with this outfit I made on Polyvore! I love how it's got the simple, statement item like the leather pants & the black backpack, but then it is really daring with the sheer (I may be obsessed!) singlet & pointed kitten heeled mules. I would easily buy every single thing on this set! I would wear this out to go shopping in the city, or out to a cafe for lunch!

9 August 2012 Sheer love!

Okay I have fallen for this trend-Anything sheer is my new profound love. Sheer skirts and sheer shirts (a bit of a tongue-twister!) are among my favourite items; ever since seeing them on the runway of Robert Cavalli, Dolce and Gabbana and Valentino.
They are a new take on the everlasting maxi skirts & collared shirts are being over-looked, with many celebrities, models and street stylists being seen wearing this daring look. Be careful, though, not to look too exposed by wearing a covered other half. This look is also a great casual look and looks great over boots, or any other flat, comfortable shoes.
For those a little uncomfortable with this trend, aim to flaunt off your best asset, whether it be your arms, legs, shoulders, or stomach.
Whether you choose to try this trend or not-have fun with it! It's so stylish and remember to be confident!
22 July 2012 Freja Beha
Freja Beha is a Danish model, aged 24. She was discovered on the streets of Denmark, by an agent in a passing taxi, and ever since she has modelled for the likes of Prada, Miu Miu, Balmain, Balenciaga and pretty much every other designer you can think of! She lives in New York City and is friends with the Aussie model Abbey Lee Kershaw and Arizona Muse.
Her 'float' tattoo, and androgynous look makes her stand out as a model, to me. She isn't a clean, perky looking model, like some of the VS models. but instead looks more cutting edge, and grunge. I love her hair, her amazing cheek bones, and her street style!

Whose your favourite model? And who should I make a blog post on?

26 June 2012 Maurie and Eve:Winter Collection
I love the Australian brand Maurie and Eve! I love the amazing prints, and how the clothes are so easy to wear, but very fashion-forward. Check our their newest Winter 2012 collection:
In this collection there were a lot of wide-length pants, peplum dresses and tight fitting crop tops. Love!

14 June 2012 The Row
Has anyone heard of the Olsen twins fashion label 'The Row'. I have recently been in love with their style, and their boho chic fashion style, so I decided to look at their fashion label.
The pieces they design are very different, and contain lots 'clean lines, fine fabrics' as stated on the website, and looking through the clothes I couldn't agree more! There is a lot of basic, geometric pieces with limited amounts of patterns. The thing that makes the clothes so unique, however, is the shape of the clothes. From high neck lines, to symmetrical shirts, and mid-calf pants, the clothes are very much 'Olsen'.
Take a look through some of the clothes from their Pre-Fall 2012 collection:

So, what do you think? I think it's a mix of mod fashion and a little twinge of the 60's fashion.
Tell me your thoughts!
